I wondered if anyone has visited our sister city Porta Westfalica, in Germany?
I am interested in going there, and would be interested to hear what it is like from anyone who has been. Are there any kind of exchanges or visits organized by the city?

YES! I have been, along with 29 other Waterloo folks, just this past September. It is a BEAUTIFUL City with BEAUTIFUL People! GO!!
